Aziz Toshpulatov
Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan since March 2025, a lieutenant general; earlier he headed the interior departments of Namangan and Samarkand regions and of the city of Tashkent.

Biography
Aziz Anvarovich Toshpulatov was born in 1978 and graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan. He has served in the interior-affairs system for many years.
In 2015–2017 he headed the interior department of Namangan Region and in 2017–2019 that of Samarkand Region. From 2019 to 2020 he was first deputy minister of internal affairs, and in March 2020 he was appointed head of the Tashkent city interior department. In January 2021 a presidential decree gave him the special rank of major general; he later received the rank of lieutenant general.
On 3 March 2025 a presidential decree appointed him Minister of Internal Affairs in place of Polat Bobojonov; his nomination had first been approved by deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.
Alongside the ministry he heads sports bodies: on 9 April 2025 he was elected president of the Uzbekistan Volleyball Federation, and in October 2025 chairman of the Uzbekistan Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Association.
