Biography
Farangiz Pulatova (Po'latova) is a fashion blogger known for her Instagram page @_shateni_.
According to an Afisha.uz interview (February 2022), she launched the women's clothing brand Signora in 2019; the name is Italian for "lady", and the brand has its own page, @signora_by_shateni. The text says her blog then had about 300,000 followers.
In 2021 she won the nationwide "Student of the Year in Entrepreneurship" competition; Afisha writes that the winner was chosen from 30 students who combined study with business.
A weproject.media article (August 2025) describes her as a fashion influencer and founder of her own clothing brand who supports designers blending traditional elements with a modern style.
