Mansurbek Olloyorov

Mansurbek Polvonzoda Olloyorov worked in the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan. He was chief inspector of the department for expert and legal support of economic reforms in the legal-support service of the President's Office.

Under the document of 28 August 2018 appointing senior staff of the Presidential Administration, he became deputy adviser to the President on legal support for reforms and coordination of law-enforcement activity. He later served as deputy head of the Presidential Administration's Department of Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis.

On 1 June 2023 Shavkat Mirziyoyev appointed him adviser on social protection and director of the National Agency for Social Protection under the President, created the same day to unite and coordinate social services.

He is listed in the same posts in the list of advisers published after the July 2025 presidential decision; on 9 September 2026 UzA reported his meeting, as agency director, with the ambassador of Kazakhstan.

In August 2026, under the presidential decree for the 35th anniversary of independence, he was awarded the Order of Friendship (Dostlik) as an adviser to the President.
