Otabek Bakirov is an Uzbekistani economist and public activist. Spot.uz describes him as an economist and public activist, Gazeta.uz as a financier.
He runs the Telegram channel Bakiroo (@the_bakiroo), which is verified and has about 60,000 subscribers. It carries commentary on economic policy, energy, tariffs, privatisation of state assets and other topics. His Instagram, X and YouTube pages are listed on the channel itself.
