Biography
Shavkat Abdurazzakov was born in 1976 in Namangan. He graduated from the Namangan Industrial-Technology Institute (1998) and from the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of Uzbekistan (2006).
He was hokim of Namangan district in 2015–2017 and of Namangan city in 2017–2020. From March to September 2020 he headed the State Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection.
On 25 September 2020 he was appointed acting governor (hokim) of Namangan region. In February 2021 the regional council confirmed him in the post, and the same month he was elected to the Senate of the Oliy Majlis.
In 2019 he was awarded the «Sodiq xizmatlari uchun» medal. In August 2026 he received the Order of Labour Glory (Mehnat shuhrati).
