A Case in the Desert is a 1957 Uzbekfilm adventure and spy film directed by Zagid Sabitov from a script by Olga and Nikolai Bondarenko. During a gliding contest a storm carries a group of schoolchildren into the desert, where they meet supposed archaeologists who are in fact enemy agents sent across the border. With the children's help, border guards capture the saboteurs.
