Biography
Farrukh Pulatov was born in 1979. From 2001 he worked in the prosecution service of Fergana and Namangan regions, in units combating tax and currency crimes, and headed the Fergana regional department of that directorate.
In July 2018 he took over the joint-stock company Uzdonmahsulot, which he led until 2022.
From 29 March 2022 he was director of the Cadastre Agency.
On 20 November 2025, by presidential decree, he was appointed chairman of the State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan, succeeding Sherzod Kudbiyev, who the same day took over a newly created national committee on urbanization and the housing market.
