Biography
Jamshidxon Ziyoxonov is the author of the project «Subyektiv».
According to his February 2023 interview with Spot.uz, he was born in Tashkent in 1995, finished Tashkent school No. 138, then studied at a pharmaceutical lyceum and a pharmaceutical institute and graduated as an engineer-technologist.
A YouTube video of his about problems at his university drew comments urging him to become a journalist; after graduating he began working at an Uzbek media outlet, first on translation and editing.
About a year later he proposed a blog project and, backed by his employer, launched «Subyektiv». In 2023 the team had five people: him as author, two co-authors, a video editor-operator and a digital marketing specialist. The project covers social topics and is funded mainly by advertising.
In 2024 the Yuksalish movement included him in its list of 40 opinion leaders, naming «Subyektiv» as a social project on YouTube. In May 2024 Afisha.uz reported that the authorship of «Subyektiv» had changed and the project is now hosted by journalist Sardorbek Usmoniy.
