Biography
Rikhsivoy Mukhamedzhanov is a screenwriter and director who worked at the Uzbekfilm studio. Press reports say he studied at the Higher Directing Courses in Moscow.
Films made from his scripts include «The Duel under the Plane Tree» (1979), «Suyunchi» (1982, directed by Melis Abzalov), «Armon» (1986, co-written with Vladimir Sokolov, directed by Melis Abzalov) and «Abdullajon» (1991). The press has also mentioned the premiere of his own film «Isnod», describing him as the maker of well-known pictures such as «Suyunchi (General Grandmother)», «The Duel under the Plane Tree», «Abdullajon» and «Chol va nabira».
