Xushnudbek Xudayberdiyev

Xushnud Xudayberdiyev was born on 7 June 1989 in the Chiroqchi district of the Qashqadaryo region. He studied at the Tashkent State Law Institute (now Tashkent State University of Law), received a master's degree in forensic science in 2012, and from 2010 also taught at the same institution.

He has kept a blog on legal topics since 2012. His Telegram channel “@xushnudbek” has a large readership: the channel page showed about 705,000 subscribers in October 2026. He also has pages on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X.

From 2013 to 2017 he was a legal adviser to the council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan. He has long taken part in the intellectual game “Zakovat”.

In public service he headed the Public Fund for the Support and Development of National Mass Media in 2020, and from 1 July 2020 was a deputy director of the Uzbekistan National News Agency (UzA). According to the leadership page on UzA's website, he has been first deputy director general of the agency since 7 August 2023.

In 2023–2024 he was among the hosts of the “Lolazor” podcast, named after a novel by writer Murod Muhammad Dust; its first season ended with a break in March 2024. Wikipedia notes that he received the “O'zbekiston belgisi” badge in 2016 and the “Kelajak bunyodkori” medal in 2019.
