Dokhunda is a 1956 film directed by Boris Kimyagarov at the Stalinabad (Tajikfilm) studio, based on Sadriddin Aini's novel of the same name, with a screenplay by Viktor Shklovsky. It follows the landless farmhand Yodgor, nicknamed Dokhunda, his separation from Gulnor and his path to the revolution and a new life in Soviet Tajikistan. It was the studio's first full-length feature after about ten years without one.
