Aisulu, a record-setting cotton grower, leaves her husband, who resents her success. Her home village condemns her, and the collective farm chairman urges her to go back to him. She moves instead to a virgin-land collective farm, becomes a brigade leader and takes on a stony field. The film was made at Kyrgyzfilm in 1976 and directed by Usenzhan Ibragimov.
