Assigned by the institute to the Namangan musical drama theatre, she played there in 1961–1964, taking roles such as Xolisxon in Hamza's play of that name and Rahima in Abdulla Qahhor's «Tobutdan tovush». From 1968 she was an actress of the Abror Hidoyatov Uzbek State Drama Theatre in Tashkent (now the Yosh Gvardiya theatre), where she played Zilola in the first staging of Mustay Karim's «Diydor», and later Nozi in «Bahs», Madina in «Har xonadonda bayram», Maysara in Hamza's «Maysaraning ishi» and Sora in his «Ishq qurbonlari».

From 1987 she was an actress of the Hamza Uzbek State (now National) Academic Drama Theatre, where her roles included O'zbekoyim in the stage version of «O'tgan kunlar», the Woman in «Najot istab», Malika in «Xotinlar gapidan chiqqan hangoma» and Jannatxon in «Afandining besh xotini». Reference sources note her lyrical and dramatic parts, vivid characterisation and polished stage speech.

She worked in film from 1981, beginning with «Nepokornaya». Her screen credits include «Shok», «Tangalik bolalar», «Temir erkak», «Bomba», «O'tgan kunlar» (as Jannat), «Kelgindi kuyov» and the television series «Ayol zoti».
